I get to know the person first
Before I suggest anywhere, I learn who your loved one is: their routines, what they enjoy, what worries them, and what worries you. The right community for one person is the wrong one for another.
I handle the details
I make the calls, check what is available, schedule the tours, and come with you. Your energy goes to your family, not to phone trees and paperwork.
You always reach me
From the first call until well after move-in, you work with one person. When you call, I answer, or I call you back myself.

Five steps, and I am with you for all of them.
Step 1 Listen
We start with a conversation
I meet with you, in person or by phone, to understand what is happening: health, daily needs, budget, where family lives, and what matters most to the person who is moving.
Step 2 Research
I do the legwork
I know the senior living communities in Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas counties. I find the ones that fit the care needs and the budget, so you are not calling twenty places yourself.
Step 3 Narrow
You get a short list, not a long one
I bring you a few good options and explain, in plain language, how they differ and what each one costs.
Step 4 Tour together
I go on the tours with you
I schedule the visits and come along. I have worked in senior living, so I know what to ask and what to look for beyond the lobby.
Step 5 Settle in
I stay in touch after move-in
I help you plan the move, and I check in afterward to make sure the new home is working.
Care options
Not sure what kind of care fits? Most families aren’t.
- Independent living
- An apartment or villa with meals, housekeeping, and neighbors, for people who manage their own day and want less upkeep and more company.
- Assisted living
- A private apartment with staff on hand for help with bathing, dressing, medications, and meals. Support grows as needs change.
- Memory care
- A secure, calmer setting with staff trained for Alzheimer’s and other dementias, and days built around routine.
- Respite stays
- A short stay in a community, often a few weeks, while a caregiver rests or travels, or while someone recovers after the hospital.
Working out which of these fits is the first thing we do together.
About Robyn
I’ve been on the other side of the tour.
Before I started Pipher Senior Advisors, I worked in senior living. I have sat with families on the day they walked in, worried and worn out, trying to make a good decision quickly. I know how communities work from the inside, and I know which questions get you a straight answer.
Now I work for the family instead. And when the move raises other questions, such as selling a house, downsizing, an estate sale, or finding an elder law attorney, I know good local people for those too. One call to me is usually enough to get started.

How I’m paid
My service costs your family nothing. Senior living communities pay me a referral fee when a family I have worked with moves in. I would rather say that plainly than leave you wondering.
